Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
We do not offer refunds after 24 hours. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 days, and shipped orders cannot be canceled.

2. Returns Due to Defects

If an item is received with manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 8 days of receipt and include the reason for return. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, email us within 7 days of receipt with the reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Include your name, address, contact number, and exchange details. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.

4. Refund Without Defect

If a customer insists on a refund without defect, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., dislike of color/size) are not accepted once the item is shipped.
